Application checklist to bring for your appointment
When applying for a loan, you will need to provide Eminence Financial with certain information and documents. This information will not only aid in clarifying how much money you can borrow, but allows the approval process a lot faster and easier.
Below is a list that you are required to bring with you:
Social Insurance Number.
Current Address.
Previous Address (If current address is less than 3 years).
Value of properties, investments and savings.
Most recent mortgage/loan statements.
Most recent credit card statements.
Estimate value of your home.
Housing expenses (e.g. Property tax, annual condo fee, heating costs) .
Financial information for your co=borrower.
Liabilities
Use this section to tell Eminence about your liabilities (Include co-borrower's liabilities) such as:
Status of citizenship.
Your Mortgage ( mortgage payment, property taxes, heating costs and condo fees).
Your Rent (e.g. landlord information and your monthly payments).
Your Vehicle Loans and Leases (e.g. financial institution, amount owed and monthly payments).
Your Other Loans, Secured or Unsecured Lines of Credit (e.g. financial institution, amount owed and monthly payments).
Your Credit Cards (e.g. financial institution, account number, amount owed and monthly payments) .
Co-signed or Guaranteed Loan, Line of Credit or Mortgage.
Income
The first thing Eminence needs to do is to understand how much you earn. Try and find as much of the following as possible:
A recent tax assessment.
Current records of your salary and other income.
Your employment history.
A statement of service from your current employer.
Proof of identity like a passport or drivers license.
Details of your current and previous addresses.
Bank account statements for the past 12 months.
Details of your current assets (things you own) and liabilities (things you owe).
Approving your loan
